How to earn money on YouTube
Are you looking for a quick and easy way to make money on YouTube? If so, then this article is for you! In this guide, I will provide some basic tips on how you can earn $100 per month from your YouTube channel in less than 30 days. If you are a serious YouTuber looking to turn the spotlight on an entire industry that’s growing rapidly, we will show you how you can quickly gain popularity and monetize with our simple system.
Our first step is to set up a personal website or signup for one of the many available YouTube channels that allow you to create your own channel without having to worry about getting banned or not being able to get new subscribers. Then we need to find out which type of content our viewers want. The most popular types of videos for creators are comedy, live-streaming, and behind-the-scenes (or unscripted) videos. These three types of videos have been proven to generate over 3.6 billion views. We will be focusing on all of these three types of videos in this tutorial, but there are other types of videos that people are also watching as well: music videos, volleying videos, and gaming videos. They all provide viewers with entertainment value that entertains them. So let’s tackle these types of videos next!
Comedy Videos
A typical “comedy” video consists of a comedic skit that highlights a celebrity or humorist performing stand-up routines. This genre is extremely similar to viral television shows as it focuses on creating a laugh after witnessing something funny go wrong. A prevalent example of a comedy skit would be one performed by Kevin Hart. While he is best known for his roles in films such as “The Big Short” and “The Office,” Hart is truly a comedian through and through. His stage presence has drawn in thousands of fans who enjoy seeing him in person. With the emergence of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok, more and more people now know and watch comedians online. That means if you can master what goes into making viral laughs in real-time on Twitter or Facebook, there’s no reason why you can’t do the same thing on YouTube. So let’s start learning how to turn your creativity into income!
Comedy Content Management Systems (CMS)
Many businesses use video as their primary form of communication. From commercials to product placement and advertising, if your business was able to utilize its existing video infrastructure it could potentially result in increased lead generation from influencers who are already familiar with your brand. And not only that, these customers may even bring back more leads because they are highly likely to share their purchasing experience with others (and therefore receive referral traffic). The amount of revenue a brand can collect through affiliate partnerships varies considerably depending on the size and availability of its audience. But, using effective CMS software like Video-flow allows users to easily create a variety of different videos that work together to deliver a seamless message. Even though it is relatively easy, finding ways to boost your earnings is definitely worth the effort. Here we’ll cover the essential steps towards setting up your website, uploading a custom URL, and finally uploading a file for each video you plan to upload:
Step 1. Make sure you have set up your personal domain name properly. Name it whatever you desire but make it unique enough from any other websites that are accessible through Google Search. After doing that, check whether Googlebot and Google’s search algorithm still recognizes your domain name. Your domain name should always reflect your company name and brand, rather than an extension of it like.com or.net, especially when referring to a physical address. For example, our domain name is simply youtube.com. Keep in mind that although Google likes to give preference to those companies with their own custom domains, that doesn’t mean every web hosting provider and web company uses a single domain name for multiple sites. Some don’t yet, which is why you should ask yourself whether your site will fit perfectly within the WordPress theme you’re using.
Step 2. Next, you should register your personal website on at least two Web Hosting providers. At this point, you should select either Bluehost or HostGator since both offer reliable performance and fast loading speeds. Once you have selected a particular host, you can start creating and publishing various content. Although you will still need to purchase WordPress to publish these videos, once you’ve acquired WordPress, you can immediately begin editing your videos. All you need to do to publish a video is click on the YouTube link on your screen. Click on the Upload button, upload the video, wait for a confirmation email and you are done! However, don’t forget to update your dashboard regularly and maintain regular backups. Every new post will take you a couple of hours before it disappears. That's why keeping track of your posts (and taking frequent screenshots!) is important.
Step 3. Finally, you need a username and password to log in to your account. Choose your username and password wisely, because this can become your identity. Creating a strong password is the number one mistake people make when creating an account on YouTube. Unfortunately, many accounts that fail to meet this standard end up facing bans for certain keywords or phrases. Using a good password manager plugin is probably what you're looking for and here you can read up on some basic guidelines to help you in making sense of the process. Remember, it will take time for your account to settle down, but once it does, the profits will start flowing in slowly.
Step 4. Now comes the fun part; creating videos. There are many free tools available for uploading videos online. Most modern video editors in 2022 are equipped with high-quality cameras that support 720p HD recording resolution. Other options include smartphones for shooting directly from the device itself and GoPro cameras that shoot with 1080p resolution. It’s really up to you how advanced you are, but just remember that you must always follow copyright and safety regulations. So when creating the videos, you should include a disclaimer that it is based on facts or quotes. Additionally, as mentioned earlier, it takes several minutes to edit your video, so plan you're filming around this time. When choosing the type of video, try to avoid too much detail. Instead aim to explain the subject in as few words as possible. Don't undersell yourself! Also, avoid being overly creative when describing a scene. Be authentic. Avoid giving away too much information regarding your personal life and hobbies. Just keep things short and sweet. The length of your video depends on the specific niche you chose, however, as long as it gets people thinking, it is great to use short and snappy clips within the realm of 10 seconds. So let’s get started!
Step 5. Now that you've created your videos, now you're ready to hit Publish! To do so, open YouTube Studio and click Publish (or press the icon on the top right corner). Once your video is uploaded. Use the Save As an option to save your files (you don’t want to delete anything), and keep checking back later when you've collected some extra cash using Patreon or Flip-board. However, make sure you’ve made a note of where you're paid followers or subscribers were, otherwise you won’t get those numbers again. Do not forget to thank everyone and repeat a compliment towards the end of your video. Before adding more footage to your list, consider sending direct messages to loyal supporters. And while we’re talking about payment, consider joining a premium membership on Vimeo or Twitch. These services offer you discounts in the area of video creation, promotion, subscriptions, and access to exclusive features.
Step 6. Lastly, if you continue to produce and promote videos consistently on your content, your viewership can increase exponentially. Consider following the recommended guidelines outlined above and you will see an overall increase in your video views which will result in increased demand that in turn will drive more sales for your business. Furthermore, when sharing your links with your friends via newsletters, blog articles, or e-newsletters, you will likely drive more visits directly to your profile page. Obviously, it’s not possible to put your entire fortune in just one video alone, but this is certainly an excellent place to start.
As a final reminder, the success of any given YouTube Channel largely relies upon its ability to be original and quirky. Since content creation requires an understanding of what works and what doesn’t, the best way to approach this is through trial and error. Don’t think too big though, as sometimes trying and failing is actually pretty valuable. Try your hand at generating your own original material and see how successful it is. One of my favorite examples would be Ryan Kaji’s song, "The Greatest Game Ever Played" which reached 1 million streams in 2019.
